Refund & Cancellation Policy

Version 1.0 · effective from 16 June 2026 · Enki service (enki.build)

⚠️ Payments in euros (€) for paid Enki plans are processed by Stripe (Stripe Managed Payments): the purchase is shown as "Sold through Link", and Link (Stripe) is the Merchant of Record for the transaction. Receipts and invoices are emailed by Link, and the charge appears on your card statement as an entry starting with LINK.COM*.

1. Plans and billing

The Service has a free trial (48 hours) and paid plans (Personal, Business, Business Pro). Prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT. Paid plans are billed in advance — monthly or annually, depending on the cycle you choose.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid period at the same price until you cancel it. Renewal reminders may be sent before renewal; receipts and invoices for € payments are emailed by Link.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time — through your account/bot settings or by emailing [email protected]. If you pay in euros (€), you can also manage or cancel your subscription and update your payment method at link.com.

After cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; auto-renewal stops and no further charges are made. Your content, settings and collected leads are kept, though without an active plan, paid features and public access to your site may be limited.

3. Refunds

Because access to the digital service is provided immediately, payments for a subscription period that has already started are generally non-refundable.

We may issue a refund at our discretion — for example if the Service was technically unavailable due to our fault for an extended time, in case of an erroneous duplicate charge, or where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

EU consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a contract. By ordering a paid plan, you expressly consent to the digital service starting immediately and acknowledge that you lose this right once the service has been fully provided — in line with Art. 16(m) of Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

This does not limit any of your other mandatory consumer rights.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email or account used for payment, the payment date and the reason for your request. For € payments, you can also request a refund or get help with a transaction through Link support (link.com).

If a refund is approved, it is issued back to the original payment method (for € payments — by Stripe/Link). It may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider. In certain cases, Stripe may also issue a refund within 60 days of the purchase.

6. Disputed payments (chargebacks)

Before opening a dispute with your bank, please contact us — most issues are resolved faster directly. Disputes over € payments are handled together with Link (Stripe) as the Merchant of Record.

7. Price changes

We may change prices and plan contents. Changes do not affect a period already paid for and apply from the next renewal cycle after reasonable prior notice.
